Aims and Scope

The Journal of Teachings of Private Law of Islamic Countries is a peer-reviewed and anonymous journal with immediate and free access to its content with the aim of further exchange of scientific boundaries on a global scale, which is published by the University of Qom.


This publication was established to create a suitable intellectual environment for national and international researchers with a focus on private law issues in Islamic countries, which is published in both printed and online versions.

 


It is requested that before submitting an article to this publication, the authors' guide must be read and acted upon.
